Shipping policy
Through our carrier partners, we are able to deliver our products to every part of the United Kingdom. Customers can be rest assured that their items are in safe hands and will arrive on time.
Unlike most of our competitors, we offer FREE DELIVERY to mainland United Kingdom on all glass orders. A minimum postage fee of £45 will be added to your order if you live outside of this zone - full information can be found in the 'delivery charges' section at the bottom of this page.
The method of delivery is determined by order quantity and product size. As a general rule, larger orders are sent via pallet (TPN). For locals in and round the M25, we use a local delivery service.
Pallet Delivery - Larger orders
Deliveries are made by a specialist fragile goods courier, The Pallet Network, using specially equipped vehicles a pallet delivery service. Your glass will be timber crated to ensure safe transportation.
When placing your order please double check:
- Your telephone number and address are up to date and correct at the checkout.
- Someone is going to be available at home or work to take delivery of the item. as these are usually delivered by pallet and only to the roadside they are big and heavy so you need enough people on site to get the rooflight from the road to your house.
- If you need to change your delivery address for any reason please let me know as soon as possible.
We use a 'To Be Booked' expedited service - this means that the day after you receive a dispatch notification, your order will arrive at your local depot. Within 24- 72 hours of your order arriving there, you will receive a call to arrange delivery.
