Windows arrived on time as promised by the companies own transport as i was reasonable close to their warehouse, person who i spoke to on the phone and delivery driver were both very polite and professional. I fitted the two flat roof windows two days ago with a friend, they were very easy to fit and the instructions for making the correct size hole are very clear and easy to follow, the instruction even give you the product number for the correct silicone to be purchased from Screwfix ( very helpful tip ).
The flat roof windows that i purchased came with the timber frame which saves a lot of time when it comes to fitting. Both windows were well protected for haulage and easy to view for any damage before transport left.
I would recommend this company to friends, family and trade people as the product looks great when fitted and they are very reasonable priced and a local company ( for me ).
