If you live outside mainland United Kingdom (Zones 2-5) - you will be charged a surcharge that is determined by our carrier partners.

You will receive an additional invoice with the surcharge after your purchase. We strongly advise that you contact us beforehand to check your delivery cost.

Your skylight delivery method will depend on various factors such as distance from the dispatch warehouse and rooflight size.

In-house local delivery for London, Essex and surrounding areas:

If you are located within the M25 (London) or neighbouring areas, your skylight(s) will be delivered by our own in-house delivery service.

How our local delivery service works:

1. Shortly after you place your order, you will receive a call or message from our dispatch team to confirm your delivery date.
2. Your skylight(s) will be delivered in a bespoke timber crate (we recommend leaving leaving the skylight in the crate until installation).
3. Local deliveries are usually delivered by a single driver and the vehicles are not equipped with lifting machinery.
4. The driver will help you move the skylight onto site where possible.
5. For our largest skylights, It is your responsibility to have the appropriate number of bodies or lifting equipment on site for unloading.

Pallet deliveries for the rest of the United Kingdom:

If you live outside of London and the surrounding areas, deliveries are usually made by our pallet partners, The Pallet Network (TPN) or United Pallet Network (UPN). Your glass will be timber crated to ensure safe transportation. 

We use a 'To Be Booked' expedited service - this means that the day after you receive a dispatch notification, your order will arrive at your local depot. If you do receive a call within 3 working days of your dispatch date, please get in touch. When placing your order please double check:

1. Your telephone number and address are up to date and correct at the checkout.
2. There will be enough bodies on site to take the delivery.
3. If you need to change your delivery address for any reason please let me know as soon as possible.

As per official guidelines your order may be delivered kerbside, meaning they will be delivered to the nearest kerbside to the delivery address. The drivers will always aim to position their delivery vehicle as close to the delivery address as possible. From there, they will carefully and safely offload your pallet(s) ready to hand them over to the delivery contact. Help with lifting the pallet(s) into a more suitable location on the property is at the complete discretion of the driver.

Please note: For our largest skylights, the pallet company may require enough persons or equipment on site to lift the skylight from the delivery truck to the property. 

For our smallest skylights, we may sometimes use other carriers such as Tuffnells. Your exact delivery method will be confirmed after your purchase.

We understand that timing is important and always do our best to the skylight(s) to you as quickly as possible. All skylights in the Sunview Rooflights range are stocked and usually dispatched within 24 hours.

Your delivery time will vary depending on your location. See below for current delivery estimates:

• For local deliveries (London and surrounding areas): depending on availability and routing. skylight(s) are usually delivered within 1-5 working days.
• For pallet deliveries (rest of United Kingdom. Our standard delivery service usually takes 3-5 working days.

Please note the above are estimates only and there are many factors we are unable to control, such as carrier delays.

Next-day delivery is sometimes available on a case-by-case basis and will incur an additional surcharge.
