Refund policy

You can cancel an order any time before it has been dispatched and return an item for any reason within 14 days of delivery. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns will not be accepted for used or damaged items.

  • If you are returning the item(s) because they are unwanted, you will be liable for the return costs.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. 
  • To start a return, you can contact us here, If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

For bespoke item orders we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges as these are made-to-order. If there is any manufacturer faults with the glass, you are covered by a limited warranty that covers replacement parts only. 

Damages and and defective issues are covered by our warranty
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you discover a fault or issue after 14 days, or after you have installed your skylight or glass system, please contact us immediately to start the warranty process.

Warranty claims after installation will only be granted if proper installation was carried out as set out in our installation instructions which you would have received by email. The warranty cover replacement parts only.
