Unlike most of our competitors, we offer FREE DELIVERY to mainland United Kingdom on all glass orders. A minimum postage fee of £78 will be added to your order if you live outside of this zone - full information can be found in the 'delivery charges' section at the bottom of this page.
Please do not schedule any installation works which depend on your delivery date as transport delays beyond our control can affect this. We accept no liability for any costs incurred as a result of delivery times not being as expected.
The method of delivery is determined by order quantity and product size. Delivery estimates can be found on the product listing pages or by contacting us.
Please note, we do not use wasteful cardboard packaging for our glass deliveries. Items are timber crated to ensure the safest transportation possible.

Pallet Delivery (for large orders)
Deliveries are made by TPN or UPN pallet networks. Your glass will be timber crated to ensure safe transportation.
When placing your order please double check:
- Your telephone number and address are up to date and correct at the checkout.
- Someone is going to be available at home or work to take delivery of the item. as these are usually delivered by pallet and only to the roadside they are big and heavy so you need enough people on site to get the rooflight from the road to your house.
- If you need to change your delivery address for any reason please let me know as soon as possible.
We use a 'To Be Booked' expedited service - this means that the day after you receive a dispatch notification, your order will arrive at your local depot. Within 24- 72 hours of your order arriving there, you will receive a call to arrange delivery.
Please Note: For our largest skylights, the pallet company may require enough persons or equipment on site to lift the skylight from the delivery truck to the property.
Bi-folding Door Deliveries
Bi-folding doors will be delivered direct by a third-party, directly from the manufacturer. You will be given a delivery day a few days prior to delivery. A time slot will be given on the morning of delivery.
There must be the appropriate number of bodies on site to safely lift the doors on to your property.

Roof Lantern Deliveries
The glazing and roof lantern components are usually delivered on separate days.
Delivery Charges (Outside of Mainland UK)
If you live within Zone 1 (Mainland UK), postage is free. If you live outside this zone, you will be subject to an additional delivery fee.
Zone 1 - Free
Zone 2 - £80 (including VAT)
Zone 3 - £150 (including VAT)
Zone 4 - £170 (including VAT)
Zone 5 - £190 (including VAT)
