    The Brett Martin Roof Pyramid Lantern brings roof lanterns to a new level. Its attractive slimline profile allows in more light enhancing the quality of extended living areas. The contemporary 4 panel design minimises the structure to maximise the daylight and enhance your living space. 

    The Brett Martin Square Roof Lantern is designed not only to look better but also to perform better. Safety is prioritised as lanterns are supplied only with laminated inner panes for enhanced protection from falling objects from above. The slimline profiles work with thermally efficient double glazed units and this, together with a simplified installation process, delivers a low maintenance, weathertigh solution.

        Delivery/offloading notice: Delivery will be via Brett Martin's delivery fleet. Please note that all Roof Lantern deliveries will be packaged onto a stillage for transportation purposes only. It is your responsibility to unload the Roof Lantern components from the stillage on-site. Once unloaded, the stillage will be taken by the delivery driver.

        If required, we can arrange for the Roof Lantern components to be packed onto a special single use stillage which can be left on-site. This does incur an extra cost and can only be arranged if you notify us prior to placing the order.

        While over 99.9% of orders arrive on their estimated dates, we cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control, e.g. during transport - for this reason we recommend that any installation work is organised once all the goods have been received.

        How to measure Brett Martin Roof Lantern

        Measuring guide for fitting to builders upstand
        Measurements stated are the external upstand measurement
        Acceptable tolerance = rooflight size +20/-0mm Minimum upstand width: 85mm

        Pitch Requirements
        Brett Martin Roof Lantern rooflights are intended for installation onto a fully weathered and insulated builders upstand on flat and low pitch roofs. The surface of flat roofs normally require some degree of pitch to ensure adequate water runoff.

        For aesthetic reasons we recommend that the upstand is built with 0° pitch i.e. not parallel with the pitched roof surface. The rooflight can accommodate being installed on an upstand with a pitch of up to 5° but please note that this will likely result in a ‘lopsided’ appearance.
