Description
Elevate your decking or balcony with our new AluPost easy slide balustrade posts. Crafted from high-quality aluminium, these posts offer a wealth of benefits compared to traditional balustrade posts due to their simple glass fixing system which provides a seamless link between the posts and glass.
Unmatched Durability
- Weather-resistant: Aluminium offers unrivaled weather resistance against rain, snow, sun, and salt air, lasting for years.
- Low maintenance: Unlike other materials aluminium requires very little maintenance, saving you time and money on upkeep. Simply wipe clean with a damp cloth for lasting luster.
- Lightweight yet sturdy: Aluminium’s strength-to-weight ratio makes it incredibly stable and secure, ensuring your balustrade withstands the test of time.
Modern Versatility:
- Clean lines and sleek finishes: Choose from a range of contemporary finishes, silver anodised or PPC anthracite grey, to complement any architectural aesthetic.
- Easy installation: Simply bolt down your posts, slide your glass into position and secure with rubber inserts.
Available anodised silver aluminium or powder coated to Anthracite Grey RAL 7016.
What glass should I use?
If the balustrade is protecting from a fall height of over 600mm you must use 13.52mm laminated toughened glass to meet the guidelines set out in BS6180 (system is load tested to 0.74kN for residential and light commercial use only).
If the fall height is under 600mm, you can use standard 10mm toughened panels.
